We are a collective of hair experts here to nourish + care for our community. Our Hair Experts love what they do, from bang trims and fun cuts to bold color and up-dos, bring us your ideas and let us work with your unique hair to bring these visions to life! If you need a little more TLC, let’s talk about how we can heal + maintain your strands over multiple treatments. Everything we do is customized completely to you + your goals. You may request an appointment online and we will get back to you within 48 hours, or if you would like a faster answer please call the Salon at 704-455-6000 (we do accept walk ins if we have the availability). Cancellation Policy
We understand, life happens! If you are running a little late, please call us as soon as you can, and know that we will do our very best to deliver the service. However, appointments may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the Stylist.
If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request notice 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will charge the card on file a fee 30% of the service cost.
