Jen Barnhart

Owner, Level 3 Hair Stylist + Makeup Artist Jen has been in the industry since 2015, and came to Mirage straight out of Cosmetology school. She attended Aveda Institute in Charlotte, and fell in love with haircutting, styling, and especially color services. She has an amazing talent for hearing someone’s vision in their mind and making it reality. Her favorite services are blonding or highlights and dimensional colors like a fun balayage.

Alica Balmer

Salon Manager + level 3 Hair Stylist Alica is our OG stylist, she has been in the industry since 2005. She loves cuts, styling, and all the artistic challenges each day brings. You won’t find someone more genuine or talented with dimensional work than this sweet lady. Alica loves providing Keratin Smoothing Services and allowing people a safe space to heal their hair. It’s a lengthy process, but those results that you can see + feel are worth it.
